طلبات فورية / Immediate Orders:
• المنتجات المتوفرة للتسليم الفوري يتم تجهيزها خلال يومي عمل.
• مدة التوصيل من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل (لا تشمل يوم الجمعة)، وقد تختلف حسب شركة الشحن والمنطقة.
• يُرجى ملاحظة أنه لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد تأكيده.
طلبات مسبقة / Pre-Order:
• بعض المنتجات قد تكون متاحة للطلب المسبق وليست جاهزة للتسليم الفوري. نقوم بتحضيرها خصيصًا لك عند طلبها.
• مدة تجهيز الطلب المسبق تتراوح من 2-3 أسابيع عمل (لا تشمل أيام العطلة)، وهذه المدة لا تشمل شحن العميل نفسه.
• بمجرد تأكيد الطلب المسبق، لا يمكن إلغاؤه.

• Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days (excluding Fridays) and may vary depending on the shipping company and destination.
• Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Pre-Order Items:
• Pre-order items are not ready for immediate delivery and are prepared specially for you upon request.
• Preparation for pre-order items may take 2–3 weeks (excluding holidays), not including customer shipping time.
• Once confirmed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
